RETURN OF PURCHASES FROM WWW.ZEROCHROMA.COM (WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT)

ZeroChroma guarantees all merchandise sold through www.zerochroma.com. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 60 days, ZeroChroma cannot accept returns for any reason, other than defects. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us. To keep your costs down, we recommend shipping the items back US Postal Service First Class.

To return an item: (1) Properly pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box. Note that the returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. Zerochroma is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns. (2) Include the original packing slip and write your reason for return on the packing slip, and then (3) address and mail the return to:

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (WITHIN 1 YEAR OF RECEIPT) – WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS!!

ZeroChroma warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Please see our warranty for further details. Regardless of where you purchased the item, if your product is defective, please send an email to customer service at support@zerochroma.com, with your name, telephone number and a picture(s) of the defective area.
