Attention

• Don't forget to include your phone number otherwise our carrier won't be able to deliver.
• No weekend deliveries - Our shipping carriers only deliver Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
• All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's will arrive via USPS, and cannot be expedited!
• If you want to ship to a military address, we recommend using APO Box Shipping
• Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number.
• We do not ship partial orders. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to get the rest of the order please contact us.

U.S. Charges and Timing

• “Free Shipping” means free shipment via ground carriers chosen by ZeroChroma for all standard orders shipped to addresses worldwide and serviced by either United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. ZeroChroma reserves the right to charge for shipments to addresses either not covered by these carriers, or requiring special handling.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method selected.
• Any ground shipment to a U.S. address will take 5-7 business days.
• Sales tax will only apply when shipping to a Maryland address (currently at 6%, as of 12/2009)
• All in-stock items shipping to a U.S. address will ship within 1 business day, regardless of shipping method; however, any orders that are placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.
• Orders may include a small handling fee that will be charged out at the time of checkout.

International Charges and Timing

• Any VAT, country taxes or other taxes charged to shipments to addresses outside the United States will be the responsibility of the receiving party.
• All in-stock items shipping to addresses outside the United States will ship within 3 busniess days, regardless of shipping method.
• Orders may include a small handling fee that will be charged at the time of checkout.
